What Payment types do you offer - COD, Check, Charge, Credit...?
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, pay by Check or Direct Bank Deposit, please note that payment needs to be confirmed by the bank before any order will be send. I’m sorry, we do not do C.O.D deliveries at this time.

How are Delivery Charges calculated...?
We currently make use of Speed Services and RAM Couriers.

International Delivery...?
We do not ship internationally. We only delivery in South Africa.

How do I place an order...?
All orders are placed and calculated online, should you wish to make a high quantity order please send an email to sales@somethingsexy.co.za and state your request.

If I have a backorder when and how will it be shipped...?
The items on backorder will be delivered as soon as they come available. As for the delivery charges, we will pay that on your behalf.

How long does it take to receive my order...?
All in stock items are usually processed within 24 hours, as soon as payment is confirmed you should receive you items the following day. Please see delivery policy.

If I order on a Friday will I receive my delivery on Monday...?
No, Speed Services deliver on Saturdays, only to counter and depending on the location of the Post Office, you can collect you items after 10H30 the following day.There are no Door deliveries unless Saterday Services are selected. Orders placed on weekends can only be collected on the Tuesday.

Are the transactions that are made on this site secure...?
Yes, you can order any of our products online. Your shopping experience is secure. You will notice the small “lock” on your browser when you enter any personal detail.

What about business hours...?
The website will be operational 24/7 with the occasional downtime from upgrades or maintenance. Our premises however are open during normal business hours 09h00-18h00 Monday through Friday, during which we can be contacted with any queries.
