Delivery Methods

Something Sexy offers an R 25-00 delivery fee to your nearest Post Office via Speed Services overnight for all orders under R 500-00. This is our default delivery method, but there are other options available.

PLEASE NOTE All orders of Items In Stock that are placed today will only be processed and send tomorrow, with overnight delivery the following day.

Sensual Mystique: Purchasing of Sensual Mystique items are currently only available on a ordering basis, meaning that as you purchase any item from our range of Sensual Mystique Lingerie we will order from the suppliers, current delivery time is 10 working days. As soon as we receive the stock we will send the package to you via your method of delivery selected.

• Overnight delivery – Orders must be confirmed* before 13h00 – Collection after 10h30 the following day
• Tracking Number will be provided
• Delivery made to the nearest Post Office as per delivery address

Delivery Times

Although Something Sexy Lingerie stocks a majority of the products on our website, there are some items that are occasionally out of stock. Due to high volume, Something Sexy Lingerie does receive products throughout the week, so if there is a product you like, that we do not have readily available in stock, not to worry, we can have it sent out within 7-10 business days.

If your order is in stock, and your credit card is approved or your EFT confirmed, we will send your order, within 24hrs Monday through Friday. If you have more than one item on your order, and one of the items is out of stock, your order will be send when all items are available, this order typically will take 7-10 days to fill, unless other arrangements have been requested. If sending separately, Something Sexy Lingerie will send the out of stock item at our expense.

For all direct deposits, Cheque or Cash, this first needs to be confirmed by the bank before any ordered items will be send out. In case of a Cheque deposit it might take 10-14 working days to be confirmed as per bank regulations. Cash Deposits will be send out the following day.

Delays

Something Sexy Lingerie strive to deliver as fast as possible, but some things are not in our control. Delays by Delivery agents or any Bank confirmation that may occur, Something Sexy Lingerie will not take responsibility for. All our orders will be sending from our Store as soon as payment confirmation is received.
